Iranian Society of Student Recruitment Institutes (ISSRI) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) with the participation of all institutes licensed by the Ministry of Science, Research & Technology (MSRT). In cooperation with the Ministry, ISSRI monitors and promotes the activities of the members in a way to urge all of them to be bound to the predicted standards of services to Iranian students wishing to study abroad. Essentially, non-member persons and companies in Iran are not authorized to accomplish any activity related to student recruitment, student visa, student support abroad and relevant services.

Our international colleagues, including educators, service providers, education consultants, etc., should feel free to contact us to investigate the eligibility of Iranian student recruiters in what they seek for. Licenses offered to Iranian recruiters are destination specific and the MSRT expects them to observe all duties they have towards the clients, including the support of the students during the first year they study and live abroad.
